[C] Coordinate layers

This option reads the coorinates from the STADATA file and creates a table of values and the mif files for the adjusted coordinates and the astronomic coordinates.

This option reads the data from the ADJSUMY file and cretes a table of values as well as a legend for the summary layer.

Modify the default plot characteristics
