READCC: input the adjustment options

This program shows the default options for the adjustment and the user may change options as presented

These are the options and the ties to the adjsutment summary file

Adjustment options

---List options---

[1] Input image no
[2] Station interconnection list no
[3] Observation equation report no
[4] Adjusted parameter report no
[5] Maximum page length 58
   Accept default [C/R]
  1. Input image
  2. Print each input record to the listing file eg. GHOST.LIS
  3. Station interconnection list
  4. Summarize the direct connectections to each station
  5. Observation equation report
  6. Itemize each observation equation to the listing file
  7. Adjusted parameter report
  8. Itemize each parameter and its correction to the listinf file
  9. Maximum page length
  10. used to determine the numbe of lines to print per page

The user can accept the options as shown or change options 1-4 by entering the number opposite. For number 5 enter a new number of lines

--- List differences greater than --

[1] Max. expected direction difference 10.00 Secs
[2] Max. expected distance difference 10.00 PPM
[3] Max. expected azimuth difference 10.00 Secs
[4] Max. expected elev.dif. difference 1.00 Meters
[5] Max. expected position difference 10.00 Meters
[6] Max. expected pos.diff. difference 10.00 Meters
    Accept defaults [c/r]

These options can be used to alter the size of the difference between the observations as input and as computed from the input coordinates. If the coordinates and observations are very accurate you may wish to lowerthe values, however if the observations are not as accurate or the coordinates are no too accurate you may wish to make the defaults higher.

---Adjustment options ---

[1] No of iterations 1
[2] Minimization option Bankers
[3] Adjustment option Standard
[4] Use input elevation Adjusted
[5] Convergence limit 0.00000
[6] RHS limit 600.00000
[7] Non Centrality 4.51000

  Accept options [C/R]

  1. No of iterations
  2. The maximum number of times the coordinate reduction will be repeated
  3. Minimization option
  4. Bankers - minimum profile
  5. Cuthill - Minimum band
  6. None - Full matrix
  7. Adjustment option
  8. Standard - Reduction, back susbstitution and inverse
  9. design - reduction and inversion
  10. Partial - reduction to a predefined unknown
  11. Use input elevation
  12. The distance reductions require an elevation at each end. If they are all adjusted or none adjusted then there is not a problem, however if some are adjusted and some not there may be significant differences to cause problems in the adjustment of distances
  13. Convergence limit
  14. The adjustment can be stopped when the maximum correction is less than this value
  15. RHS limit
  16. The observation equations will be listed to the listing file if the Right Hand Side exceeds this limit
  17. NonCentrality
  18. Used in the computation of the reliabiltiy terms
