The reliability and redundancy terms required in conjunction with the residual analysis require the observation equations as well as the inverse normal equation terms and the variance factor. As the observation equations are not normally saved in the Ghost adjustment process the terms are computed and saved in a sequential binary file that corresponds to the EDITOBS file in order of observations.
The terms are stored a a binary record for each observation

Cx is the Covariance matrix subset corresponding to the normal equation indices in the observation equation
At is the transpose of the matirx A and ACxAt indicates the matrix multiplication of the three matrices.
