Binary file of auxiliary parameter associated values

The auxiliary parameter information is stored in a direct access file in auxiliary parameter input order. Access for auxiliary parameter and observation edit is through a hash index generated from the auxiliary parameter number. Thereafter access is by an index as stored in the other binary files.
